Greer metallurgist promotion to help customers solve application dilemmas

Greer Steel, one of the nation’s premier producers of cold rolled strip steel, has named Doug Campbell as the West Coast and Product Development Manager.

Campbell, who has served Greer as Sales Representative/Metallurgical Engineer, will be responsible for Western sales and will also work with customers nationally to develop metals that solve specific engineering requirements while providing improved yields, extended tool life and lower total cost.

Campbell has more than 20 years of experience in low carbon, high carbon and alloy steel product development.
